Look, we’re all adults here, so let’s just be real with each other. These Terms & Conditions (yeah, the boring legal stuff) govern your relationship with The Wilder Shoppe, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) when you use our website (www.thewildershoppe.com), services, products, and all the digital goodness we offer.
By using our stuff, you’re saying “yes, I agree to these terms.” If you don’t agree, well… then you can’t use our services. Simple as that. (Sorry, but that’s how the cookie crumbles in the digital world.)

- Purchase our products and services (we’d be thrilled if you did!)
- Join our Thrifty Shoppe community (we’re pretty awesome)
- Download resources we explicitly make available for download
- Share our content with proper attribution (sharing is caring!)
The No-No List (What You Cannot Do)
- Use our stuff to do anything illegal (duh)
- Try to break, hack, or mess with our website
- Steal our content, designs, or code (not cool, not legal)
- Pretend to be us or affiliated with us when you’re not
- Share your account credentials with others (keep those to yourself)
- Use our templates and resources for resale without explicit permission
- Post inappropriate content in our communities (keep it professional, folks)
2. ACCOUNTS & MEMBERSHIPS
When you create an account or join one of our membership tiers (BROWSER, BUILDER, or BOSS), you’re responsible for:
- Providing accurate information
- Keeping your password secure (seriously, don’t use “password123”)
- All activity that happens under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms or seem suspicious.
Membership benefits are described on our membership pages and may change with reasonable notice. Annual memberships are non-refundable after 14 days of purchase.
3. PURCHASES & PAYMENTS
Digital Products & Services
- All prices are in US Dollars unless otherwise specified
- Prices may change, but we’ll notify you of significant changes
- Sales tax will be applied where required by law
- Digital product sales are generally final (see Refund Policy for exceptions)
Service Packages
- Website development, branding services, and other custom work requires a signed contract and, in most cases, a deposit
- Project timelines and deliverables will be outlined in your contract
- We’ll do our best to meet deadlines, but sometimes things happen (we’re only human)
Subscription Services
- Recurring payments will be charged automatically until you cancel
- You can cancel recurring subscriptions at any time through your account settings or by contacting us
- Cancellation stops future charges but does not generate refunds for past payments
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our Stuff
Everything on our website—the design, graphics, logos, content, courses, templates, resources—is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your Stuff
When you purchase our templates or resources:
- You get a limited, non-exclusive license to use them for your business
- You cannot resell, distribute, or pass them off as your own
- For website templates, each purchase is for use on a single website
User Content
If you share content in our communities or submit testimonials:
- You still own your content
- But you give us permission to use, display, and share it for promotional purposes
- Please don’t share anything that violates others’ intellectual property rights
5. WEBSITE USE & AVAILABILITY
We strive for 99.9% uptime, but sometimes:
- We need to perform maintenance (we’ll try to warn you)
- Technical issues happen (we’ll fix them as quickly as we can)
- The internet just gets weird (it happens to the best of us)
We’re not liable for any business losses if our website goes down temporarily.
6. COMMUNICATION
By using our services, you agree to receive:
- Transactional emails related to your purchases and account
- Our awesome newsletters (you can unsubscribe anytime)
- Updates about products, services, and events
We use email, social media, and our Slack channels to communicate with members. We promise not to spam you—nobody likes that.
